Past Success
Black Belt Poker have enjoyed huge success in UKIPT events with
two Champions.
Blue Belt Jamie Burland became Black Belt Poker's first UKIPT
Champion when he took down the title in Brighton in 2010 for a
whopping £65,400. He has cashed a further four times, included
twice in the £5,000 Grand Final.

Our second Champion was Black Belt Sam Razavi. Fresh off a
recent Grading win and subsequent Aussie Millions final table
appearance (which netted him A$225,000), Sam continued his good
form with victory in Cork in May, 2011 for €71,000. This result
also earned four Orange Belts in excess of $16,000, after they won
a percentage of his winnings in our 'Slice of the Action' Orange
Belt Freeroll.
In total, Sam has cashed in five UKIPT events, including a 19th
place finish in Galway. His consistent results in Season 2 led him
to topping the UKIPT Leaderboard, earning him an entire season's
worth of UKIPT buy-ins.

Current Green Belt and former Vegas 11 member David Docherty came
close to completing the hat-trick when he finished eighth in the
2011 Dublin leg for €8,000. David had already won £14,400 for a
fourth-place finish in the Nottingham High-Roller event earlier in
the year.
