Quick question, is anybody else not seeing their BBP points update despite playing? Seems to be a constant running theme with me at the moment!! =0\

Greetings. All rake is being logged and calculated, but sometimes the display on your 'my account' stalls for some reason. There's a loose wire somewhere that we need to find, but I've alerted our technical team who will ensure that all current point scores are displayed asap. Yes, lots of post-BBLL admin, but we're getting there. :)

Phew cos I was cursing last night after playing and then looking and seeing no points. Being my 1st session as well ( only joined to play the Live game ) was getting a little miffed with no points. I guess I still have to find my way round this site and the work that goes on as well.

London Live has been great so far ....... she says whilst lying in bed still recovering from Friday night (I'll come back to that later). I was fortunate enough to interview all the pros playing in 1A - and all but one were extremely pleasant & willing to talk (Neils interviews were stellar as always & Nik obv wanted to make extra work editing for me by starting his interview with "Ive done my b@!*%$@s"!!!).

After my work was done I thought I'd have a quick OJ in the bar before heading home to rest before I took to the tables for day B........this wasn't meant to be. Jesse May spots me &, having interviewed him earlier, states he is buying me a drink - how can I refuse? So a V&O shortly follows - then I'm joined by regular BBPers such as FalconAyr, MavPerth,Betyama,TFMonty, Niall Farrell and Peter Vasiliou (probably missed a couple off -sorry but I'm half asleep!)....and a few more "the is my last one" vodkas followed. I don't think it was anything to do with the mandy singles I had, but the sneaky double that steve dickson MADE me drink, that was to blame for playing day B with a raging hangover!!! Somehow managed tomake it past the dinner break though - so no day 2 for me (although I will be there later cheering y'all on) - just packed my wonderwoman outfit away until the next London Live.

A great weekend - great to meet you all face to face. Best of luck to those still in :-)

You were not alone with hangovers on Saturday, it was so different from Friday, so much quieter :-) Hopefully all players playing today will have been tucked up in bed nice and early, hjave woken up, had a healthy breakfast and will be clear headed and raring to go. I will also be along later to rail the Community players I know, Steve Dickson is looking good, he definitely owes you an apology and more if he cashes ;-)

I know everyone has already been singing the praises of London Live but I've only just got back home and feel I have to join in. It was a fantastic weekend, would have been nice to see some cards but I did manage to hang in there for a while. Great structure.

Really good to meet all the people I did too, nice to put some faces to names, (and real names to screen names.) Massive thanks to Nik, Neil Snoopy and the whole BBP team for the organisation, and for having the time to chat and drink with us little people. Jesse May was and is a legend, was an honor to meet him.

Finally, I don't know if they read this forum but also the two guys who were doing the live feed, at least one of which was called Paul if I remember rightly, were top blokes. Stayed in the bar with them until 4am watching boxing, and nursing a poorly hobbit. Right, that's enough rambling.

He was sober on Monday....only just.. and still feeling a bit.....off.
I had a great time and really appriciated my new nurse Ben for looking after a very drunk hobbit.
I would do it all again but maybe drink a bit less (and hopefully better cards / luck). All the bounties were top class and so were the nutz guys.
A huge thanks (or should that be small thanks from a hobbit) to all who helped put on a brilliant tourney / weekend.
Everyone was top class.
Look forward to the next one.

I did think that as well (never getting called by a worse hand if I shoved / re-re raised). Was my first live tourney & really did not want to leave the party early so at that stage was just happy to stay in and add a nice bit to the stack.

Yea I kinda had tht read which is why I though bet/fold was a fairly decent option. In hindsight, I duno if a raise is ever good in that spot. I just kept it so small to get paid by a 5.

i deposited £400 on stars, cashed out £350 3 days later and they said they wont allow it because of fees.

Hello Ryan, Thank you for your email and for providing an explanation pertaining to thismatter. Please note, we are not a financial institution or a money transferringservice. Every deposit and cashout has fees that we willingly cover forplayers that deposit to play, but we can not be covering fees for depositsand cashouts not intended for play. Your cash out has been cancelled for the above reason. Although there is nominimum or maximum amount which must be used at our tables, we do requirethat use PokerStars for its intended purpose which is Poker and not totransfer funds on the internet. Can't blame them, they probs have to safe guard against money laundering and general up to no goodaments. Could lead to potential legal sticky spots and investigations I imagine or something.

'Poker Pro's you played against at London Live ..... add your experiences here .....

Ian 'The Raiser' Frazer - aptly named :-) put in a standard preflop raise, he tanks then boooom ALLIN 45xbb reraise ;-) it sort of works, as I folded a pair once when I did not realise I had him comfortably covered, I should have taken a shot at a race.

I must of been one of the lucky ones. I started with Jessie may for 3 hrs, then moved to Pratz and Karl hit squad members, then Action Jackson joined us, that was a good few hrs of fun, and then had Dave Colclough to finish the day off with. Oh almost forgot the recent EPT dueville champ as well...... and all for $220, pure class in a glass
